From this issue’s colophon page: “About the cover: Famous ‘action artist’ Dick Kohfield said this work was a great pleasure, because he and his 14-year-old son, Glenn, are fans of Space: 1999. Dick is concentrating on paperback book covers lately but frequently produces illustrations for sports magazines and does movie posters.”
